A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Pete Ryan became a Loan Originator after 34 years service as a Decorated Tampa Police Officer and United States Navy Veteran. The St Leo University Alum also participated in a five season stint with the Stanley Cup winning Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Club coaching and logistics staff developing his strong Teamwork ethic to accomplish goals. He aspires to combine his diverse life experiences with finance to assist the average and seasoned consumer in their Home Lending needs by versatile client communication, staff teamwork, and proven integrity.

Pete takes pride in assisting his fellow First Responders. He is considered a “Go To” person to many Police, Firefighter, Medical Personnel, and even Educators due to his understanding of their profession’s lifestyle and challenges. The Honorably Discharged Navy man also has the trust of many fellow Veterans and keeps up to date with Veteran benefits to navigate the VA Loan process. He has walked in their shoes and boots and will adapt hours of communication, days of business, and keeping the process as stress free and simple as possible for those who have or are currently serving.

He is considered a “Waterfront Specialist” to many local real estate and many Florida boating networks. Being a local licensed Boat Captain, sponsored Southern Kingfish Association Team co-Captain, and owner of several waterfront properties he is sought out for advice on the issues and logistical matters by Realtors and Consumers who desire to “Live The Dream” of Florida Waterfront living. He lives it, loves it, and now finances it!
